We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to Osaka Castle was awesome for our family adventures, and the spacious room with tatami mats was a favorite spot for the kids to play. The complimentary tea and cozy atmosphere made everything even better!
My wife says that the checkout time could be later.

The room was quite spacious, allowing enough room for us to enjoy our private breakfast at the table. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby—definitely a nice touch! We had the advantage of an early check-in, which helped us settle in before our activities. The city view added enchantment to our stay. watching the skyline from our window was delightful.
The breakfast options left something to be desired.

Location near Osaka Castle is fantastic, especially with the cherry blossoms blooming. Room spacious with nice bathroom and shower. Staff was genuinely helpful with parking arrangements. However, housekeeping was inconsistent. sometimes, the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. Breakfast was underwhelming, with some cold items. No butter for bread and the breakfast options felt limited. Parking information could be clearer upfront. Would consider staying again if improvements are made.

Perfect for families with little ones
The room was fantastic, we had a Japanese-style area with tatami mats and futons. My kids loved it, especially when we pulled out the futons at night and made a cozy little space for them. The staff helped us out with our luggage and even recommended some awesome places nearby, which was a big help.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got, it was definitely acceptable.
